Year 5 and Year 6 classes visited Fairplay House for their residential. For many of the children, this was the first time that they had spent time away from their parents.
This year, the children (accompanied by Mr Ahmed, Ms Daca, Ms Howarth and Mr Buckley) took part in a wide range of activities, including caving, canoeing, flying down a zipwire, learning forest games and much, much more. Once the Fairplay House staff left for the evening, the children also enjoyed movie nights, a night by the campfire and our end of residential party.
“Overcoming my fears has been amazing. I’d love to do it again!”
Please check the Year 5 and Year 6 class sites for further information about the children’s experiences.
