We are aware that working commitments and a busy schedule sometimes means that parents require an extended school provision for their primary school child (or children). In order to support families, we are pleased to be able to offer high quality, affordable childcare at school, every day from 3.15pm to 5.45pm at a very competitive prices. These are the current prices effective from 15th April 2024.

Children have the opportunity to have a food and drink for a healthy start to the day, and to join in activities on offer. Children are encouraged to be independent at these times and to make decisions for themselves through the choice of food and drink and to participate in informal activities with each other, developing social and interactive skills. Many families take advantage of this provision and an increasing number of children are attending. Children can come daily, on a set day each week, or even just when required. To register, sign up using our online booking form. Breakfast club takes place in the Leywick Street building. Please drop your child off at the Leywick Street entrance. Please note: Bookings must be made in advance via the school office or using the online form. Payments should be made in the school office until our electronic payment system is up and running. Our extended provision runs term time only. The provision is not available on the last day of each half term. The extended provision finishes at 5.45pm. Children must be collected by the this time – we thank you for your cooperation with this.

We are now offering a wide range of sports and extra curricular clubs. This term we have football club, tennis club, multi sports clubs and cheerleading. We also have coding club, cookery and nutrition club, art club, dance & drama club and games club.
Full information on these have been sent to parents via School Ping. Please select the clubs required through the online booking system.

We take every opportunity offered to us to enhance the experiences of our children – these may sometimes be at short notice. We work with external groups who are able to provide ad-hoc experiences for our children. As these arise, we will share these with you via School Ping.
Some clubs are targeted at specific groups of children. These clubs run without charge – this may include (amongst others) Media Club, Lego League Club and Choir. |
