Exciting news! We were able to take part in sports with other schools!!
On Monday, 16 of our Year 6s took part in a basketball and football festival at Rokeby school. The children were led by Rokeby students for a warm up and some technical drills for their chosen sport. After the technical session, our children got the chance to play matches against other primary schools. This was the first time in over two years that our pupils have had competitive fixtures against other schools!
Even although we did not win the event, our children left with their heads held high.
Mr Murphy was very proud of how they conducted themselves throughout the trip, earning praise from the Rokeby staff and sports leaders. Well done!
