Discover: Gender Equality Project
This week Year 5 had a visit from Discover Story Centre, as part of the All Aboard Gender Equality project. The children worked with a story teller to explore gender stereotypes and challenge the idea that some jobs are only for males or females. The children also got to read a specially commissioned comic book that explored these ideas further. The workshops were fun and really got them thinking about gender equality and stereotypes.
