Officially opened by the School Council May 2017.
As you know at the start of the year we developed a set of Manor Values that we felt underpinned the ethos of Manor, and was part of all the work that we do. The values were developed by staff and children.
The values are well understood by the school community, and are clearly conveyed to all who visit the school. The children are able to give examples of what these look like in practise and certificates are given out regularly recognising children who demonstrate the values.
We have just had some boards made up to go in the playground to reinforce these values. The School Council designed the boards – choosing appropriate photos and quotes for each value. They look very striking!
It seemed fitting therefore to get the School Council to officially ‘open’ the boards, and unveil them with a cutting of the ribbon.
